Product FAQs

What layout does the AULA F65 use?

It uses a compact 65% layout with 67 keys, including dedicated arrow keys and selected navigation keys. It does not have a separate number pad or dedicated function-key row.

How does the AULA F65 connect?

It supports USB-C wired, 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.0 connections. The 2.4GHz connection uses a USB receiver, while Bluetooth connects through your device's Bluetooth settings.

What polling rates does it support?

The supplied specifications list 1000Hz in wired and 2.4GHz modes, and 125Hz in Bluetooth mode. Polling rate describes how frequently input reports are sent; it is not a measurement of total input latency.

Can I replace the switches without soldering?

Yes. The F65 has fully hot-swappable sockets for compatible mechanical switches. Check replacement switch compatibility before purchasing; optical and magnetic switches are not automatically compatible.

Does it come with Volcano or Wind Spirit switches?

The supplied information shows Volcano and Wind Spirit as alternative linear switch options. It does not identify which option is installed in the available unit, so confirm the switch model before ordering.

What do linear switches feel like?

Linear switches move through their travel without a deliberate tactile bump or click mechanism. The force and travel distance depend on the installed switch model.

What does gasket mounting do?

Gasket mounting cushions the keyboard's internal assembly, helping soften the typing feel. Actual sound and feel also depend on the switches, keycaps and typing force.

How large is the battery?

The listed configuration has a 4000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Runtime varies with lighting brightness, connection mode and usage, so a fixed number of days or weeks is not guaranteed.

Can I customize the RGB lighting?

Yes. The F65 supports multiple RGB effects and software-based lighting customization. Use configuration software intended for the exact model and check its operating-system requirements.

How big and heavy is the keyboard?

The supplied specifications list dimensions of 325.09 × 115.62 × 43.81 mm and an approximate weight of 804g.

Is the AULA F65 silent?

Linear switches and gasket mounting do not make a keyboard silent. Its sound depends on the installed switches, keycaps, desk surface and how firmly you type.
