Refund & Cancellation Policy
As ProPlay deals with digital goods, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if the product has not yet been delivered or activated. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
No Refund After Delivery
Once a product is delivered, activated, or redeemed, no refund is possible under any circumstances due to the nature of digital goods.
Replacement Policy
If a product (e.g., code or account) is not working due to an error on ProPlay's side, and you provide valid proof within 24 hours of delivery, we will investigate and issue a replacement within 24–48 hours.
No Refunds for Buyer's Remorse
We do not entertain refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase.
