Is this Game Pass Ultimate for PC only?

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate supports both PC and Xbox Console, but ProPlay sells access separately for each platform. When PC is selected above, the package is prepared for Windows PC. How will I receive my subscription?

Does it include online multiplayer?
